Wake-Up Call

The other day one of my students experienced a second wake-up call from the Universe.  She was feeling pretty badly about herself as well as feeling shame.  I basically shared with her that the Universe doesn’t wish for her to feel shame but rather to be grateful for the lesson and the message from the Universe.  I told her that we are conditioned to feel bad about ourselves when we do things that we think humanity is going to judge us for.  She was writing down my message to her.  A couple of hours later she sent me a text.  Continue »
